Du vil komme til at arbejde i opvasken, primært i de sene timer af døgnet. Mange små retter er lig med mange små tallerkener, og du vil derfor være en vigtig del af driften i restauranten. Vi er en travl restaurant og har ofte travlt, derfor kræver det også en vis robusthed. Your primary responsibility will be handling dishwashing, especially during the later hours of the day. Many small dishes mean many small plates — so your role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant. We're a busy restaurant, often with a fast pace, so a certain level of resilience is required.
