About the role
To effectively provide a seamless process flow for all inwards & dispatch functions and to facilitate the smooth flow of the operation in line with the agreed internal and external customer standards.
What will you do?
Ensure high picking performance by meeting KPI targets, managing inwards goods flow, and efficiently handling inventory replenishment and putaways while maintaining accuracy and adhering to transportation and manufacturing requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment daily and manage customer orders effectively to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Conduct daily inventory counts, reduce negative balances, investigate variances, and uphold a high level of inventory control.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating RF devices, using the WMS system, and loading/unloading vehicles in compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations.
Efficiently load and unload import/export containers while ensuring adherence to biosecurity obligations, maintaining accuracy, and reporting discrepancies or noncompliance issues.
About you
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
Possession of a full driving license (F endorsement preferred) and experience with forklifts and Combi trucks.
Familiarity with RF scanning and other warehouse equipment or systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
