About the Role
Overview

  • Daily interaction with UK Account Sales team to capture and input all promotional program updates and associated changes into TPM system
  • Ensure all promotion entries and updates fall within required control standards and in line with the weekly Integrated Planning cycle
  • Liase with account management team and work on the actions suggested in the promo program report
  • Monitoring & maintaining RA’s for baseline & volume as well as assortment and promotion status
  • Partner with multiple account teams to ensure that promotional changes are cascaded to the correct account plans
  • Work with our commercial finance team to ensure that volumes, price points and subsequent forecasts generated in the Trade Promotions Management tool can be reconciled with legacy systems
  • Work as the single point of contact from GCC for TC creation, updates and promo program reports.
  • Work closely with the BU to drive various automation initiatives in terms of mass upload of TC creation etc.,
  • Work in close collaboration with GCC IT teams in building automation solutions.
  • Work closely with teams working on TPM from other BUs from GCC and ensure best practices are shared.

Responsibilities

  • Develop winning relationships with AU Account Management team and other key stake holders within the AU business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
  • Support the Cluster Sales Lead/TPM lead with all initiatives to improve GCC service offerings

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce (MBA Preferred)
