Our executive team is comprised of former founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups like Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, and LiveRail and larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo.&nbsp;</p> <p>Tatari is looking for a <strong>Recruiting Specialist</strong> on a <strong>6-month contract position</strong>. In this role, you will have ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team, from job kick-off to closing. You will be part of a small-yet-mighty (not to mention awesome) recruiting team, reporting directly to the SVP, People.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team from job kick-off to closing.</li> <li>Track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process; potentially working with outside agencies</li> <li>Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones</li> <li>Coordinate interviews, provide logistics support for strategic initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process improvement</li> <li>Serve as primary candidate liaison, ensuring superb candidate experience</li> <li>Track and manage job postings and ongoing recruiting reports</li> <li>Own the offer letter process from start to finish</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years as a recruiter, including sourcing experience</li> <li>Proficient with Greenhouse, TalentWall, LI Recruiter, Moderloop</li> <li>Excellent and professional communication skills (written, verbal)</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization; experience working with hiring managers</li> <li>Strong sense of ownership--you are driven by goals and deadlines</li> <li>Agile and positive--recruiting plans and/or priorities change, and you don’t get flustered</li> <li>Organized and detail oriented</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time, 6-months contract position, $32-45/hr</li> <li>Monthly Company Wellness Day Off</li> <li>Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office</li> <li>Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
