- Experience: Previous work experience in a hospitality or accommodation setting, demonstrating leadership and management skills.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in a hospitality context.
