We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to define and elevate the core product experience. You’ll work as part of a lean and mean design team and partner closely with engineering and product to ship thoughtful, high-quality work at a steady pace. You’ll move fluidly across exploration, prototyping, interaction design, and polished UI. There’s room for experimentation and craft - we like to move fast, ship tight, get data, and iterate.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end feature design - from concept to refined execution.
- Prototype interactions and new AI behaviors, ranging from lightweight sketches to high-fidelity flows.
- Use research, analytics, and experiments to inform decisions and validate direction.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure interaction details and visual quality make it into the final build.
- Strengthen and expand our design system for clarity, consistency, and speed.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex digital consumer products (high-scale is a must).
- Working on products and features end-to-end, from research, through wireframes, to high-fidelity interactive mockups.
- Experience across multiple platforms with best-practices know-how (Desktop/Web/Mobile).
- Confident Figma skills, especially with components and system thinking.
- Clear, collaborative communication with cross-functional partners.
Bonus
- Experience with AI-powered products.
- Motion or micro-interaction design skills.
- Startup or 0→1 product experience.
