Job Description

🎯 Your Mission

As a Global Buyer, Spain Mainland, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Spain Team.
Based in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Spain to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls.
• Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.

Qualifications

💡 What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts. 

Your profile: 
• Proven experience of 3 years in business development, sales, or account management in the tourism sector,
• Excellent negotiation skills, confidence in dealing with suppliers, and analytical skills,
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities,
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,
• Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve,
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
