Job Description

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to build and working on complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. He/She will provide technical and support team leadership through coaching and mentoring and will support planning and managing the successful delivery of projects on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support in monitoring the team performance
Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design to coding level
Provide technical leadership to developers through coaching and mentoring
Support in managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design to release
Support in estimating and managing the transition from analysis to design and delivery
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Develop and test the applications based on established standards
On need basis, provide regular and effective progress updates to the development manager to ensure the management of any risks or issues
Work on multiple projects requiring implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes
Provides appropriate input and recommendations for key decisions to ensure successful implementation of all initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields
5-10 years’ experience in software development
Understanding of Customer requirements and ensure delivery to these requirements
Problem solving and decision making, sound judgment
Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a professional attitude.
Ability to communicate at different levels, using different communication tools.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Organized and well structured
