There is a huge amount of skill and talent in this business and you will learn and be developed every day and really drive your career in fitness.<br></p><p><strong>A little bit about what you'll be doing...</strong><br><br>The role of an Assistant General Manager for this brand and within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills further and train and manage a team to success.<br><br>You will be member facing, engaging and creating a sense of community within your club!<br><br>Supporting the General Manager and rest of the Personal Training team driving activity and developing plans to be successful. <strong>This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness and creating that sense of community within their club!</strong><br><strong><br>A little bit about what you'll be doing...</strong><br><br>This role would really suit someone who is stepping up into their first Assistant Manager role as well as someone looking for a new challenge, you could be a great Personal trainer or sales consultant within the industry looking for that step into Management!<br><br>You must have a genuine passion for sales and be able to support new members in their journeys, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals!</p><p>Driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the clubs social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.</p><p>Delivering exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs.</p><p>You will be able to lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.</p><p><strong>A little bit about you...</strong><br><br>You must be keen, driven, dedicated, with a passion for Fitness! Motivated to achieve business and personal goals.</p><p>The ideal AGM will have a background in the fitness industry but as I said, this isn't a must have, as long as you have a <strong>level 2 PT qualification</strong> (you could be newly qualified) If you have a brilliant personality, keen to learn and grow within the industry, I still want to speak with you.</p><p>Confident! Be the face of the club and love building great relationships with your team and members, as well as within the local community and corporate businesses.</p><p><br></p>
