About the Role

You are responsible for delivering an exceptional, right first time, service to our client’s in line with the client’s contractual requirements and ITGs own KPI’s.  Providing both strategic and operational leadership to your team to deliver customer service excellence. You will actively promote the full ITG offering to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and develop the account.

What I need to do:

You will need to build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders / decision makers to ensure your team fully understands your client’s strategy, aims and goals enabling ITG to deliver the best service.  

  • Professional adherence of all processes and best practice to ensure every project is produced impeccably, is right first time, every time and is always on-time.
  • Respond to all client requirements within the designated SLA frameworks.
  • Accurately maintain account activity status reports to formulate meaningful monthly packs to be able to present to both the client and to ITG to monitor account performance and client priorities.
  • Ultimate responsibility for the account P&L, you must optimize the commercial benefits from the customer to ensure maximum profitability whilst remaining with client’s commercial agreements.
  • Annual budgeting and regular forecasting reports for ITG to monitor account performance. 

How will I succeed:

  • A partnership approach to working with the client; you must be able to manage their expectations for project delivery - don’t be afraid to challenge constructively
  • Build positive and professional working relationships with your colleagues and internal customers to enable smooth transition of all processes
  • Educate your account team to obtain accurate information from the customer to formulate full and accurate briefs.
  • Regular 1:1s with your team to identify any additional training needs to make sure the team are always at the for front of knowledge for the client.
  • Understanding print, digital, creative and artwork and the challenges that come with these specialist disciplines to be able to manage client expectations from the offset. Additional understanding in other marketing functions advantageous.
  • Manage the account financials (invoice appropriately, manage debt, chasing POs)
  • Clear objectives to be set annually as part of the PDR process will help focus on the specific priorities for your account

What I need to know:

  • Strong understanding of hospitality POS and menu landscape
  • A service minded approach with proven customer management skills
  • Experience of creative/ artworking/ print processes
  • Second-to-none project management & organizational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities
  • Good problem solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of POS within a retail/FMCG/hospitality business
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of excel
