About the Role

Description

This position requires loading trucks with required products safely, accurately, and efficiently and includes the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Workweek is Mon-Thursday from 3pm-11pm and Friday 12Noon-5pm. This position also offers a Year End Bonus of $500.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Adheres to supplier and company quality and freshness standards in inventory and loading practices.

· Promptly prepares all required reports.

· Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines. 

· Loads and unloads route delivery trucks.

· Check route trucks in and out.

· Reports for work on time and appropriately dressed.

· Receiving and shipping of products, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.

· Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, and divide at a high school equivalency level.

· Files breakage reports in a timely and efficient manner.

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per shift.

· Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend.

· Effective communication skills.

· Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.

· Ability to certify in the use of forklifts and operate forklifts in accordance with OSHA safety regulations and company policy.

· Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with Class A CDL certification preferred.

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen and lift test.
