The Dock at Crayton Cove (est. 1976) is an iconic waterfront restaurant in Naples, FL. Known for its award-winning seafood, elevated bar program, and panoramic views of Naples Bay, The Dock continues to serve as an important landmark to the Naples community. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine according to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Keep the dish area clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the shift.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Assist with trash removal and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
  • Inspect dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and rewash items as necessary.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning or prep tasks as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
