We are seeking a Marketing Analyst Team Lead to strategically own and scale all paid search activities for our portfolio of industry-leading global SaaS brands, including: ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, Private Internet Access, Intego, and Holiday.com.
This is a high-impact, executive-facing role that demands strategic leadership, hands-on operational excellence, significant budget accountability, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- PPC Strategy & Ownership: Define, own, and execute the global PPC strategy across the entire brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Budget & Performance Accountability: Manage and optimize large-scale acquisition budgets, maintaining full accountability for achieving aggressive performance metrics and maximizing ROI.
- Hands-On Execution: Maintain a hands-on approach to complex campaign buildout, optimization, A/B testing, and scaling across multiple platforms.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of the PPC team, with future opportunity to expand team structure and responsibilities.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: Proactively identify and engage internal stakeholders across Product, Data/BI, Creative, teams to secure resources, unblock challenges, and drive high-priority marketing initiatives.
- Executive Communication: Prepare and present complex performance insights, strategic roadmaps, and budget recommendations to senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Channel Innovation: Evaluate, test, and potentially scale performance efforts across secondary paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic) to diversify acquisition sources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Performance Marketing, with a primary focus on large scale PPC/Paid Search (Google Ads & Bing).
- Direct, recent experience working with SaaS or subscription-based digital products is highly preferred.
- Proven track record managing significant, multi-million-dollar global performance marketing budgets.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, or leading a team of direct reports.
- Strategic & Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently, drive cross-functional alignment, and operate with a high degree of autonomy ("head-up" mentality).
- Analytical Mastery: Expert command of performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI), attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
- Executive Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
