Join Our Team as a Provider Contracting Business Analyst!

As a Provider Contracting Business Analyst, you’ll manage contracting reports, analyze data trends, and support the VP of Network Development in optimizing provider contracting processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate data, developing reporting tools, and ensuring compliance with company policies—all while collaborating with multiple departments.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of contracting processes and assist in developing department resource documents.
  • Oversee maintenance of the Master Tracker and other tracking systems for accurate reporting.
  • Maintain contractor metrics and departmental scorecards.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and process improvements to the contracting team.
  • Research and secure current reimbursement data for all products and provider types.
  • Develop reporting data detailing Provider Contracting trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new contracting employees.
  • Maintain contracting data on company drives and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with VP of Network Development, Compliance, and HR to ensure training materials are current.

Requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in healthcare and knowledge of healthcare regulations/policies preferred.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot tables).
    • Familiarity with contract management software preferred.
  • Competencies
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage a demanding workload.
    • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
