Offering ski-in, ski-out convenience in the winter, and an on-site championship golf course in the summer, we are Canada’s year-round outdoor adventure destination. Fairmont Gold Attendant (Luxury Lounge F&B Attendant)

Fairmont Gold is a special place! The personalized service provided as you greet your Guests at check- in or serve them in the private lounge, will show them that you truly care. The luxury our Guests experience and the memories you make as a Fairmont Gold Server will create a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return.

This is a full-time, seasonal position. We are looking for candidates to start on December 10, 2025.

Starting Rate of Pay: $21.85 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.55.

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide Food & Beverage service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
  • Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards

Qualifications

  • Previous customer related and serving experience preferred
  • BC Serving It Right Qualification required
  • Must possess a professional presentation
