GreatWater 360 Auto Care is hiring an Automotive Bench Service Manager to support multiple shops in your district. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping shops succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to shops to support staffing needs
- Greet customers, answer phones, and provide outstanding customer service
- Build estimates, review repairs with Technicians, and get repair approvals
- Track workflow, enter vehicle/customer info in Protractor, and manage work orders
- Support new Service Advisor training
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed

What You Bring
- 2+ year Service Manager - automotive experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license & acceptable MVR
- Basic computer and math skills; mechanical knowledge is a plus
