About the Role

Description

Job Summary:

The Provider HR Manager is responsible for leading human resources initiatives for all LACENTA providers, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, retention, and comprehensive benefits management. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for providers regarding all HR matters and benefits, ensuring clarity, compliance, and high levels of satisfaction. The role also serves as the main liaison between LACENTA and its providers.

Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle HR processes for providers, including, onboarding, performance management, and separations.
  • Oversee and communicate all aspects of provider benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), ancillary benefits, and leaves of absence (LOA).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider benefit inquiries, ensuring providers understand their benefit options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures.
  • Manage open enrollment processes, delivering clear, accurate, and timely benefit information to enhance provider satisfaction and engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between LACENTA and its providers, facilitating effective communication and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures for providers that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive provider engagement and retention initiatives, monitoring satisfaction and implementing strategies to reduce turnover.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning to ensure adequate provider staffing and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reporting for providers, including turnover trends, engagement levels, performance indicators, and benefits utilization.
  • Facilitate training programs for providers on HR policies, professional development, performance expectations, and benefits.
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives, providing insights on workforce trends, provider needs, and benefit programs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or provider-focused HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and benefits administration.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and benefits management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
