KidSpeak Speech and Language Services, Inc. is a pediatric private practice located in Charlotte, NC. Since 2001, we have strived to provide the bridge that takes skills learned in therapy into everyday activities. We recognize that the best therapy occurs when the latest research and technology is integrated with all aspects of a child’s development while recognizing each child’s individuality in how they interact with the world that surrounds them. We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA therapy services.


Job description:

We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy services for children with a wide range of developmental needs
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Provide caregiver education and strategies to support carryover at home
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
  • Experience in pediatrics required
  • Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
