We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing essential support to our patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams.


About the Role:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to patient services, appointment scheduling, insurance inquiries, and general healthcare-related questions. You will act as the first point of contact for patients and ensure their experience is positive, efficient, and aligned with our healthcare services standards. This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our 10 Coburg location in Eugene, OR. This position has an expectation of 40hrs per week, Monday – Friday and we are proud to offer an attractive benefits package. Our Call Center Representative recruiting pay range is $17.74 - $21.38.


What will you do:

  • Answer inbound calls from new and established patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide information regarding healthcare services, appointment availability, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries.
  • Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring that accurate information is recorded.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a calm and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist patients with portal registration and access.

Requirements

What do you need to bring to the role:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • One year of call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
