The Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a personable and organized Spa Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our spa guests. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an exceptional spa experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a luxury environment.


Where you can make an impact:

  • Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage spa appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations through the spa management system.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide detailed information to guests about treatments, products, and wellness offerings.
  • Process payments for spa services and retail products, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and all guest areas of the Spa to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with retail sales by recommending spa products and promoting special offers to guests.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to therapists and spa team to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed to the Spa Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, appointments, and financial transactions.
