About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, or hybrid) in accordance with approved schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and key external stakeholders, including EGAT, relevant government authorities, project sponsors/shareholders, lenders, lenders’ advisors, and EPC contractors.
  • Provide support in contract negotiation, review, and administration for EPC, supply, and balance-of-plant contracts.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, variations, and contractor performance, and report deviations to management.
  • Coordinate EPC contractor activities and manage interfaces across project workstreams.
  • Support compliance with Thai regulatory, grid connection, environmental, and permitting requirements.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management and working committee meetings.
  • Identify project risks and issues and support mitigation actions in coordination with senior project leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project development and/or project management.
  • Prior experience in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, or hybrid) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing project scope, cost, schedules, and contractors/subcontractors under various contract structures.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project execution processes, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively across different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC score of 750).
  • Willingness to travel and work upcountry and overseas as required.
