About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Skysun as an International Customer Outreach Specialist! Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers internationally.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations to gather information and tailor our services accordingly.
  • Utilize effective communication strategies and scripts to enhance customer engagement.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly outreach targets.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or outbound calling is preferred.
