Job Summary
A Lease Consultant is responsible for negotiating wireless site lease agreements on behalf of MD7’s clients. You will manage a high volume of vendor accounts, build trusted relationships, and execute strategies that secure favorable outcomes. This role blends sales, consulting, and high-level communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Call warm leads, establishing a strong relationship with appropriate parties
- Identify correct contact(s) for leads when prospecting
- Negotiate lease and maximize terms with landlords
- Prepare sales proposals for client review
- Communicate details of negotiated lease with key stakeholders
- Update system with documentation of all communications with each party
- Managing lead pipeline from sourcing to closing
- Being a point of contact to prospective clients by engaging with them and delivering value for our tenant.
- Achieve personal target goals on a monthly and annual basis
Essential Activities
- Communicate with Landlords: includes negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls. Managing all inbound/outbound communications with vendors via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare for Calls: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company’s database/software system, internet and other various sources.
- Data Entry: includes entering data into the Company’s database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Prepare Sales Proposals: includes creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via fax, email, standard mail, etc.
- Document Management: Analyze contracts and financial terms to support negotiation strategy.
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and client objectives are achieved
Key Characteristics to be Successful in this Role
- Strong attention to detail; including the ability to interpret complex leases.
- Intermediate computer skills with Salesforce (or similar CRM software), Outlook, Excel and Word are required.
- Ability to prioritize and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management skills.
- Comfortable placing outbound calls.
- Strong entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit (team-oriented individual).
- Strong communication and persuaive speaking skills.
- The candidate will deliver a high level of ethical and personal values to the team.
Experience
- 1 year of sales experience with commission-based sales environment
- High School diploma
- Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $23.08/hour + Commissions
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (36 hour per week)
