About the Role

Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Human Resources Admin Assistant to join their HR team. This role supports both clinical and administrative operations, managing processes from pre-hire through post-hire and ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and data reporting.
    • Onboarding & Post-Hire Support: Initiate pre-hire communications; process hiring and benefits forms.
    • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle time-off requests, employment verifications, offboarding, and exit interviews.
    • Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain analytical HR reports (headcount, turnover, training, etc.).
    • Equipment & Resources: Manage ordering, distribution, and retrieval of company-issued equipment.
    • Compliance & Support: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and labor laws.

    Qualifications

    • Previous HR experience within the healthcare sector.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems (e.g., Paychex Flex), and Microsoft/Google Suite.

    Work Environment

    • Fully remote role with flexible working location.
    • Requires reliable internet and a professional home office setup
    • Salary $1200 per month
