- Expertly manage group, FIT, and corporate reservations, ensuring each booking is handled with precision, care, and adherence to our refined reservation standards.
- Serve as the elegant first point of contact, answering calls within three rings using our signature Sofitel greeting—gracious, confident, and impeccably polished—while following RESAvision guidelines and capturing every essential detail.
- Action all reservations promptly and flawlessly, ensuring every request is processed within two hours to maintain our seamless service flow.
- Maintain perfectly organised reservation records, ensuring all information is filed with the same attention to detail expected of a luxury environment.
- Take full ownership of each inquiry, ensuring guests feel supported, anticipated, and valued from the very first moment.
- Craft refined, brand-aligned correspondence, ensuring all outward communication reflects Sofitel’s sophistication, and referring any unusual requests to the Reservations Sales Manager.
- Assist with the upkeep of our rate manual, contributing to the accuracy and clarity of the information that guides our business decisions.
- Ensure our systems remain impeccably updated, reviewing and adjusting rates in the computer system to guarantee precision and consistency.
- Adhere to all published rate structures from RESAweb and other approved sources, with any exceptions managed through the Reservations Manager.
- Adopt a confident and proactive luxury sales approach, maximising occupancy and revenue while ensuring every guest interaction exudes graciousness and value.
