Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- นำความรู้ทางด้าน Engineering และกระบวนการผลิต คิดค้น , พัฒนาและจัดทำ เครื่องจักร และ อุปกรณ์ เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสายการผลิตใน Housing Product Solution Business (HPB) โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม Fiber Cement Technology ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ สูงขึ้น
- บริหารและจัดการงานโครงการ รวมถึง ควบคุม งบประมาณของโครงการ ให้งานสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- ประสานงาน และทำงานร่วมกัน กับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจ ทำให้งานสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย (Cross functional)
- นำเสนอ และ ติดตาม Technology Trend ของ เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจใน HPB และสามารถ Mapping กับ Business Strategy เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการพร้อมทั้งนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ใน Business ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- นำความรู้ และ Technology ด้าน Digital มาปรับใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานด้าน Engineering
- พัฒนาศักยภาพ ทีมงาน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าทั้งภายในและ ภายนอกธุรกิจ Smart Living Business
- บริหารด้านความปลอดภัยในงาน Engineering & Safety Role Model Line walk แสวงหาโอกาส โดยนำความรู้ และประสบการณ์ เพื่อสร้างรายได้จากภายนอกธุรกิจ Smart Living Business
Qualifications:
- จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล(ME) ปริญญาตรี G.P.A. > 2.70
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี (TOEIC > 550 สามารถยื่นคะแนนภายหลังได้)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร มีความยืดหยุ่น และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีทักษะด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์
- สามารถประจำ บริษัท สยามไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์กรุ๊ป จำกัด โรงงานหนองแค
