We connect. We inspire.
Join our team as a Corporate Services Officer (CSO) and play a vital role in coordinating the delivery of services for corporate contracts, while leading on financial management and customer care for our corporate clients in the B2B, B2G, and B2I sectors. As a CSO, you will be involved throughout the customer journey—from the initial contract signing, through service delivery, to organizing end-of-course reports and feedback. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with clients and the Sales Account Manager to discuss future agreements and opportunities for repeat or new business.
In this role, you will work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams both locally and regionally, maintaining regular contact with corporate clients to ensure high delivery standards and compliant financial management of each contract. You will be the key point of contact once sales opportunities have been closed, leading backend processes for our growing client base.
Key responsibilities include invoicing clients in line with financial compliance, managing corporate payments, monitoring debt, organizing legal documentation, and maintaining accurate records for government support schemes and scholarships. You will run essential financial reports using SAP and TCMS to support income monitoring and audit trails. Additionally, you will support customer onboarding, manage changes to class lists, and relay client feedback to improve customer experience. You’ll also lead the process for delivering end-of-course reports and certificates, manage feedback systems, and present results to clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will listen to client needs, work closely with the Sales & Account Manager to provide timely data, and help build opportunities for repeat and new business. You should be comfortable coordinating others, including internal colleagues and external contractors, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent written and verbal proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), a university degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience, and at least three years of customer management experience. Proficiency with SAP or similar financial software and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM are required. Fluency in spoken and written local Spanish is essential. Sales experience in large sectors such as financial services, media, pharmaceuticals, or tourism is desirable.
If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service to corporate clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
