The Assistant Teacher will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to plan and implement engaging lesson plans while fostering the growth of children in a safe environment. They will also supervise children, assist with classroom organization, and communicate with families about their child's progress.

- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of children in a safe and supportive setting.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist with classroom organization, management, and preparation of learning materials.
- Observe and document children’s behavior, progress, and milestones.
- Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about their child’s day.
