The Graphic Designer / Creative Design Specialist creates, designs, and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. This role ensures that layout and design align with brand and production standards, following best practices. The specialist executes design solutions and collateral for marketing, advertising, sales, and other communications, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce high-quality graphic designs, presentations, reports, advertisements, and other materials to support marketing and executive communications.
- Advise on layout, design, and technical solutions to maximize visual impact.
- Collaborate with leadership to produce timely, accurate work that meets corporate branding standards.
- Ensure personal output quality and on-time delivery.
- Develop clear graphics to convey key messages in a concise manner.
- Provide expert-level graphics support for PowerPoint, social media, and print/digital media.
- Create specialized graphics for presentations, proposals, print and digital design, e-learning, online surveys, and apps.
- Facilitate and/or conduct product photoshoots to support marketing and product initiatives.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Deadline-driven role that requires exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Collaborative individual who can work with and through others to drive results and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of technical website elements involved with content and graphic design.
Proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Keyshot
- Experience in Photography is required.
- Videography experience is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, potentially marketing
- 2+ years of marketing design experience, with hands-on experience in areas such as digital advertising / performance marketing, social media, email, web, or similar fields.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
