About the Role

Description

Good Understanding of Microsoft Office

Experience with shipping and receiving in a busy office environment.

Good Phone and Organizational skills.

Good Communication skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Attention to detail.

Experience in scheduling deliveries.

Ability to create and dispatch service calls

Experience with Copiers and Printers a plus.

Experience with eAutomate a plus.

Abilities to work with other office locations to schedule orders and deliveries.

Ability to work with vendors and companies across the US.

8 to 5, Monday through Friday. Opening and Closing the Office each day.

Ability to prioritize to meet company and customer needs.

Technical abilities to assemble copiers and printers a plus.

Perform duties to maintain office like scheduling maintenance, shoveling sidewalks, recycling, and removing trash and cardboard.

Ability to coordinate between the sales and service teams.
