Branch Manager and Lender
Location: Stuart, Iowa
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager and Lender to lead our branch operations and provide exceptional financial services to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily branch activities, drive business growth, and build strong customer relationships within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform a thorough analysis of varying types of loans and risks in commercial, agricultural, real estate and consumer loans.
· Analyze the data used to create the loan presentation to the extent that a credit decision can be recommended to the loan committee.
· Ensure that all necessary documents are completed correctly to secure our interests.
· Business development which will consist of maintaining positive relationships with our current customers and fostering relationships, networking and community involvement in an effort to obtain new customers.
- Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Monitor branch performance.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in lending within the financial services industry - Ag lending experience is desired
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations, lending practices, and risk management
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting orc Finance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite is helpful
