What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize common areas including floors, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and office spaces
- Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins and replace liners
- Water and maintain indoor plants; repot as needed
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (replacing bulbs, assembling furniture, reporting needed repairs)
- Support setup and takedown for internal events and meetings
- Perform related duties and assist others as needed

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks or priorities
- General understanding of facility upkeep and basic maintenance
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Clear and effective communication (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands frequently
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Work performed primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks in varied weather
- May require use of ladders or scissor lifts
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required for certain cleaning or maintenance tasks
