Requirements

To meet our minimum requirements, you must be:


  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A seasoned carpenter with at least 3+ years of verifiable general carpentry experience, preferably experience doing decks (trex), framing, and siding (James Hardy siding).
  • Experienced at leading a crew to successfully complete jobs on-time with top quality work and happy customers.
  • Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job.
  • Great at communicating with team members and customers.
  • Excited to learn the Webfoot Way of doing business.
  • Driven to lead a high-performing team.

When you join our team, you'll receive serious pay and benefits, including a starting wage of $29 - $38 per hour (depending on experience), with opportunity for commissions. Other benefits and perks include:
