About the Role
<p><strong>Job descriptions:</strong></p><ul><li>Convert inbound leads into closed deals through effective communication, product consultation, and consistent follow-ups.</li><li>Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.</li><li>Analyze prospects’ needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize conversion opportunities.</li><li>Deliver a premium customer experience by applying hospitality principles both online and during offline engagements.</li><li>Utilize sales data and customer behavior insights to identify bottlenecks in the conversion process and propose analytical, data-driven solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and post-sale follow-up.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality inbound leads and sales materials aligned with Luxehouze’s brand voice. </li><li>Provide performance reports based on key metrics, including conversion rates, sales cycles, and market insights.</li><li>Conduct offline engagements (when required), such as private viewings or meetings, to support client purchase decisions. </li><li>Stay updated on trends and market dynamics in the luxury watch industry to offer relevant and up-to-date consultations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role; experience in the luxury watch or luxury retail industry is a strong advantage.</li><li>Proven track record in converting inbound leads into successful sales.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome sales obstacles.</li><li>Background in hospitality or high-end customer service is highly preferred, to ensure premium client experiences both online and offline.</li><li>Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms (e.g., website chat, email, WhatsApp, social media). </li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up processes.</li><li>Ability to create and deliver engaging product presentations, both virtually and in person. </li><li>Quick learner, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced luxury sales environment. </li><li>Energetic, personable, and able to build trust with high-net-worth clients. </li><li>Good notion in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia </li><li>Target oriented, high integrity and trustworthy </li><li>Eager to learn new things, able to work independently or in a team </li><li>Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevance </li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. </li></ul>
