As an Industry Advisor focused on pharmaceuticals across EMEA, you’ll operate at the consultative front end of complex sales - shaping early stage opportunities with senior business stakeholders, translating big ideas into credible propositions, and helping customers see how innovation can unlock measurable outcomes.
You’ll deepen your domain expertise, learning how leading pharma organisations make decisions and where transformation truly has an impact. You’ll sharpen enterprise selling skills, while building pragmatic AI fluency that focuses on business use cases rather than architecture. Expect to broaden your perspective through collaboration with consulting partners and hyperscalers, and to build relationships with colleagues just as passionate as you are about digital transformation in the sector.
Your impact will be visible and valued. You’ll join a team that prizes inclusion, professional growth, and delivery discipline, so the outcomes you drive today become the foundation of where you go next: leading larger propositions, guiding strategy for key accounts, and becoming a trusted voice in how pharma embraces AI powered change.

- Providing strategic insight on industry trends and developing multi-year account plans, identifying new opportunities for Microsoft.

- Articulating business value and create compelling business cases for Microsoft solutions, acting as a trusted advisor on customer strategies and transformation journeys.
- Orchestrating customer opportunities with business and partner development teams, collaborating to design and deliver envisioned solutions.
- Guiding partner teams in recruiting and developing industry-specific solutions on Microsoft cloud platforms and formalise strategic partnerships.
- Continuously building industry knowledge and certifications, stay ahead of trends and policy changes, and share insights to advise on future product trends and mentor colleagues on best practices.
Qualifications
Your ability to build relationships, orchestrate multifunctional teams and generate energy and clarity will be fundamental to your success in this role. Other key knowledge, skills and experience you will be able to demonstrate include:
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven track record of consultative selling to senior business stakeholders within large, complex organisations.
- Ability to articulate and discuss AI use cases and business outcomes in the pharmaceutical context.
