Role Purpose & Accountabilities:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a pivotal role that supports and coordinates audit delivery and management across global and local teams. This position also involves implementing key initiatives for our Information Security and Business Continuity management systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-product audit scheduling and auditor deployment, ensuring all activities align with approved budgets and timelines. This includes consolidating audit data, executing system tasks, and maintaining meticulous records. You will manage logistics such as accommodation and visas, prepare pre-audit documentation, and handle invoice reconciliation for freelancers and suppliers. Additional duties involve coordinating mystery shopping programs, conducting desk-based analysis for remote audits, and supporting the development of reporting processes. A core aspect of the role is maintaining our ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications, planning internal audits, leading business continuity improvements, and conducting regular risk assessments. You will provide essential logistics support for global events as required.
We are looking for an organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing complex, organisation-wide systems and schedules.
Role specific skills, knowledge and experience:
Essential
• 9-12 years of experience in implementation of ISO27001/ ISO 22301 in a similar role in IT/ ITES industry.
• Certification to manage information security, Business continuity and Disaster recovery.
• Proven experience in planning audits.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver services within tight deadlines, alongside excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Desirable
• Experience working in a dispersed (remote/global) team.
• Knowledge of a broad range of distribution models, partnership structures, British Council Exams products, and the Exams compliance framework.
• Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and environments.
Language requirements
• English at Proficiency Level C1

• Graduate in any field (bachelors)
