We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.</p> <p>By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Location: Gurugram - India&nbsp;<br>Full-time</span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take a leadership role in achieving team goals, contributing to the overall design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment of the team's systems</li> <li>Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios, ensuring high-quality results that may be consumed by other teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate effectively within your team and with cross-functional partners, such as Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&amp;D teams, representing your team as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and improve the team's engineering practices, suggesting and implementing technology, patterns, or process enhancements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively identify areas of improvement in team systems, processes, and scalability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead by example in code quality, contributing significantly to code reviews and acting as a focal point for engineering excellence questions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Help monitor production systems, investigate potential issues, and lead efforts to resolve critical production challenges while maintaining a customer-centric approach.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Have You Done This Kind of Stuff:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years in backend software engineering roles, with demonstrated ability to navigate technical trade-offs and ambiguity effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li>Extensive experience in C# and .Net ecosystem is a mandatory requirement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience in SQL Server and database management&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka).&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in writing unit test and strong knowledge of design principles, data structures and algorithms.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with microservices architecture.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in designing new functionality for existing complex components while maintaining scalability and performance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>BSc/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Not a Must, but a Great Advantage:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).&nbsp;</li> <li>Practical knowledge of non-relational databases (eg.
