Colmex Group specializes in providing comprehensive tech- based solutions for investing and trading across various markets, with a particular focus on the American stock exchange. We provide brokerage services, and Trading Services on Equities, CFDs, FX and Crypto.

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a highly practical Cybersecurity Specialist who thrives in structured processes and hands-on security work. If you enjoy configuring systems, documenting controls, implementing security requirements, and supporting audits — this is for you.


1. Security Documentation & Governance

  • Write, update, and maintain security procedures, policies, standards, and workflows.
  • Prepare audit evidence (screenshots, access lists, system configuration reports).
  • Maintain and update system documentation, architecture diagrams, and asset inventory.


2. Security Implementations (Operational Cybersecurity)

  • Manage access controls and permission models.
  • Apply security hardening across Windows and Linux systems.
  • Support basic network security tasks.
  • Work closely with the IT team to apply security controls across systems.


3. Compliance Support (ISA, CySEC, DORA)

  • Assist in regulatory audit preparation and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, gap identification, and remediation tasks.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with regulator expectations and frameworks.


4. Monitoring & Incident-Related Tasks

  • Support SIEM/SOC workflows (triage, alert documentation, follow-up actions).
  • Maintain incident response documentation and assist with evidence collection.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security.
  • Proven experience writing security documentation (procedures, policies, evidence logs).
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux security fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with access control and permission management.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written), especially for documentation.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, banking, FX).
  • Familiarity with ISA, CySEC, or DORA requirements.
  • Exposure to SIEM/SOC environments.
