Description

La Posada Hotel is seeking a proactive Banquet Supervisor to oversee event operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising the banquet team, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining service standards.   • Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
  • Train and mentor banquet team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Ensure proper inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to banquet team members.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.



Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in banquet or food service operations, with leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of banquet service standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
