Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate will have experience with irrigation, time management, and leadership. As an Irrigation Lead, you will lead a team and oversee irrigation services throughout NE Florida.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems
• Observe pipe and valve placements
• Evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system
• Provide leadership while completing irrigation tasks per job specifications
• Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems
• Troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts
• Maximizing crew efficiency with a focus on safety and profitability of services through effective site management while continuing to look for areas of improvement on our projects
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure that project is being completed to their satisfaction and to address any customer satisfaction issues or concerns
• Prepare accurate documentation of time and expenses for self and crew and promptly provide to General Manager daily
• Ensure crew recognizes and performs duties within OSHA safety guidelines as well as all applicable safety laws and policies

What You Need:

• Previous irrigation experience
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Leadership and time management skills
