What We’re Searching For

We are looking for a licensed and dedicated Registered Physical Therapist in the state of Florida to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence through personalized rehabilitation plans. If you thrive in a home health setting and are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide physical therapy services and assessments to patients in their homes
• Guide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care.
• Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans.
• Prepare progress notes following visits for patients’ charts.

What You Need

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice within the state of Florida
• Member of the American Physical Therapy Association preferred.
• CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
• At least one year of institutional experience
• Reliable Transportation
