Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.</p> <h3>Who you are</h3> <p>Metropolis is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to build and lead a comprehensive, national lifecycle CRM program for our 12M+ Members from scratch. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to drive consumer loyalty, engagement, and revenue through personalized email, text, push, and targeted promotional programs. You will be instrumental in building the tools, lists, and creative assets needed to create a thriving and data-driven Lifecycle marketing program for our Members and, to a smaller extent, for real-estate client prospects on the B2B side of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, legal, product, and sales to drive impact and ensure seamless program execution.</p> <h3>What you'll do</h3> <ul> <li>Design and implement a comprehensive, national lifecycle program strategy aligned with company goals; build the foundational infrastructure, including CRM tools, databases, and segmentation strategies, with a focus on national scalability</li> <li>Brief creative and implement campaigns that drive specific objectives, always keeping the brand top of mind when crafting and approving messaging</li> <li>Plan and execute national promotional programs that drive revenue and customer engagement across all markets</li> <li>Analyze program performance and optimize strategies based on data insights, considering regional variations and their efficacy towards reaching organizational objectives; track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness on a regional and national scale</li> <li>Manage budgets and resources effectively for national initiatives</li> <li>Generate reporting and dashboards to communicate results and insights to senior leadership, highlighting national trends and regional variations</li> <li>Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for program optimization across all markets</li> <li>Utilize A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns on a national and regional level</li> <li>Leverage AI tools wherever possible to deliver best-in-class, optimized campaigns</li> <li>Build and lead a high-performing team of CRM managers and marketing professionals and/or agency resources, as needed</li> </ul> <h3>What we're looking for</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience</li> <li>Proven experience in building and managing lifecycle programs as part of a growth oriented team</li> <li>Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, with experience in national implementations</li> <li>Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data</li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex national initiatives</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across the country</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on national strategy</li> <li>Experience with customer segmentation and list building</li> <li>Experience in national email marketing campaigns</li> <li>Experience with SQL and data visualization tools</li> </ul> <h3>While not required, these are a plus:</h3> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Marketing or a related field</li> </ul> <hr> <p><em>When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this position is $160,000.00 USD to $175,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
