About the Role

Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient orthopaedic team. This role is perfect for PTs who want flexible hours while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.


You’ll provide high-quality care for orthopaedic and post-operative patients alongside our experienced physicians and therapy staff. This position offers future growth potential if desired, including the opportunity for expanded hours as our therapy department continues to expand.

  

Here is the schedule we wish to fill:

  • Monday: 10:20 AM – 6:20 PM
  • Tuesday: 12:20 PM – 6:20 PM
  • Thursday: 12:20 PM – 6:20 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM


What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat orthopaedic and post-operative patients
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
  • Collaborate directly with orthopaedic surgeons and medical staff
  • Document treatment notes accurately and timely in the EMR
  • Provide patient education and promote wellness

Requirements

  • Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapy license
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Orthopaedic outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and time-management skills
