The Marquesa Hotel is a small and historic property perfect for building guest and team rapport. The Housekeeping Manager oversees all cleaning operations, leading staff to ensure immaculate guest rooms and public areas, managing budgets, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, training, scheduling, and managing Housekeeping team employees.

Requirements

You own this if you have...

1+ year Housekeeping Management experience, preferably at a luxury boutique property. 

• Computer and software proficiency: Efficiently using a  keyboard, logging in/out, and navigating the operating system(s).  
• Internet and web navigation: Using web browsers, searching for information, and understanding basic online communication tools.
• Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting up to 50 pounds  
• Push/Pull 50 + pounds
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
• Remain in mobile and standing position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and with other departments and interdepartmentally
• Must have positive attitude
