Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our property. This position is responsible for a wide range of routine maintenance, seasonal tasks, and cleaning duties throughout the building and grounds.

Requirements
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service all trash containers.
- Inspect and replace lights.
- Perform visual inspections of mechanical rooms.
- Minor mechanical maintenance.
- Maintain fountains.
- Maintain cleanliness of all exterior and landscape areas.
- Seasonal projects (water flowerpots, ice melt, snow, etc.).
- Other routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- Practices and adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
- Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use common household tools (drills, blowers, screwdrivers)
- Able to pass a background check.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
