We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep to manage the Dalton, GA area and offer a Competitive Base Salary + Monthly Car/Cell Phone Allowance + Monthly Commissions. Our Outside Sales Reps can earn $65k per year and up.

The Ideal Outside Sales Rep candidate is:

Outside Sales Representative DAILY ACTIVITIES are:
- Researching and prospecting new customers
- Cold calling to influence potential commercial customers to choose CWS for their waste/recycling solution business partner
- Using consultative selling to identify needs and solutions
- Presenting a comprehensive customer solution
- Negotiating and closing the deal
- Conducting post-sale administrative work to ensure customer onboarding is successful and seamless
- Prospecting, cold calling, selling, and closing new business deals is approximately 90-95% of your daily activities. Approximately, 5-10% of your daily activities involve managing our current customer base. This includes, service changes, inquiries, ownership changes, location closures, etc.
- May require travel to area businesses, multiple sites including transfer stations and/or landfills
Outside Sales Representative MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience.
An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred
Years of Experience: The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Solid Waste and/or a service-related industry is preferred.
