This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on company strategy, long-term planning, and organizational development.
- Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to support operational performance, growth initiatives, and capital planning.
- Lead financing efforts, including raising capital, managing debt strategies, and maintaining strong banking relationships.
- Oversee HR to ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and operational needs.
- Provide strategic oversight of IT systems and networks, ensuring security, stability, and business alignment.
- Support the development and deployment of AI tools and technologies that enhance forecasting, operations, and decision-making.
- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
- Manage standard-based costing processes and ensure accurate, actionable financial data for operational teams.
- Oversee ERP utilization and drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Direct tax planning, insurance programs, and risk management activities.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance, HR, and IT teams
Qualifications
Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- CPA required
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; manufacturing required, packaging industry experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, tax planning, and debt management.
- Prior responsibility for financing/raising capital and bank relationship management.
- Experience in maintaining robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Solid understanding of IT networks and systems; comfortable supporting technology upgrades or AI implementation.
- Experience overseeing HR and/or IT teams preferred.
