This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!
Requirements
Job duties included, but not limited to:
- Enters data into the computer system and maintains database of inventories on an as needed basis
- Tracks, maintains, and records customer inventory as necessary
- Verifies and corrects customers' information as needed
- Support the Account Manager team with day-to-day operational tasks and project coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, routing questions and information efficiently.
- Prepare reports, updates, and documentation related to account activity
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items to ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Account Manager department
- Other duties as assigned
Experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an environment of time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make accurate and timely decisions
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organization skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, excel) and general technical skills/ability to learn various software systems
- Experience in sales and/or administrative office roles is preferred
