Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team for various hours between 7PM and 7AM, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts.  Why Choose Us?

Responsibilities:


Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.

Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.

Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements

 

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Long-term care experience preferred 

· Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
