Pay Range: $20 – $28/hr (RBTs) | $22 – $28/hr (Student Analysts) 

Flexible Schedules: Full-Time (30+ hrs/week) or Part-Time (15+ hrs/week)

BCBA Pathway ~ Student Analyst Program

Enrolled in a Master’s or ABA coursework? 

Join our Student Analyst Program with:

We’re Looking for RBTs Who:

• Are passionate about ABA and enjoy working with children
• Create a fun, engaging learning environment
• Take high-quality data using technology
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
• Uphold BACB ethical guidelines 

Requirements:

• Active RBT Certification from the BACB
• HS diploma and 1+ year of experience in ABA or related field
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and computer access
• Able to travel between client locations
• Clean criminal background & driving record
• Medicaid ID (optional but a plus)
• Bilingual is a plus!
